These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Flex Auto Care Studio, a trade name of Krumer Auto Inc. ("Flex," "we," "our," "us"). By scheduling an appointment, submitting a quote request or having work performed by Flex, you agree to these Terms.
1 · Warranty
We honor all manufacturer warranties associated with the materials we install, including paint protection film, ceramic coating and wrap films. Workmanship is warrantied for the duration of the manufacturer's coverage. Warranty claims require inspection at our studio and proof of recommended maintenance.
2 · Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve studio time for multi-day projects. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit is forfeited.
3 · Appointments
All services are by appointment. We work on one vehicle at a time. Drop-off and pick-up windows are confirmed in writing. Late arrivals may be re-scheduled at our discretion.
4 · Cancellations
Appointments may be re-scheduled at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit any deposit on file. No-shows may be subject to a re-booking fee.
5 · Vehicle Inspection
Every vehicle is inspected upon arrival and photographed for our records. We document pre-existing damage, defects and condition. By dropping off your vehicle you authorize us to inspect it and to perform the agreed-upon services.
6 · Payments
Final invoices are due upon pick-up unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit, certified funds and ACH. Returned-payment fees may apply.
7 · Liability
Flex Auto Care Studio is not liable for pre-existing defects, mechanical failures, issues unrelated to the service performed, items left in the vehicle, or damage resulting from third-party modifications. We carry insurance appropriate to our trade and will provide documentation upon request.
8 · Privacy
Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9 · Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences and measure performance. By using the site you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
10 · California Compliance
Residents of California have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know, correct, delete and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. 11 · SMS Communication Consent
By providing a mobile number you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Flex Auto Care Studio related to your appointment, including confirmations, reminders and pick-up notifications. Standard messaging rates apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
12 · Quote Request Disclaimer
Any quote, estimate or pricing communicated prior to in-person inspection is preliminary. Final pricing is determined after physical inspection of the vehicle and confirmation of scope.
13 · Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date above and, where appropriate, communicated directly.
