Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are highly encouraged due to high demand and ensure your vehicle receives priority service, but Flex is not appointment-only — walk-ins are welcome whenever the studio is open.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash and all major credit and debit cards. Certified funds and ACH are accepted for larger multi-day projects. A deposit may be required for extended services.

Do you offer aftercare guidance?

Every protective service includes a written care guide and an aftercare consultation when the vehicle is returned.

What is the difference between Flex Signature and Flex Executive?

Flex Signature is an express maintenance wash. Flex Executive is a full concours-style preparation and is the recommended starting point for any vehicle new to the studio.

How often should I have my vehicle detailed?

Most clients schedule a Flex Signature every two to four weeks and a Flex Executive once or twice per year.

Will PPF turn yellow over time?

Modern urethane films with fluorinated topcoats are formulated to resist UV yellowing. We install only first-quality material that carries a manufacturer warranty against discoloration.

Will the film affect cameras or rain sensors?

No. The film is optically clear and engineered around ADAS, rain sensors and head-up displays.
